These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through FastCoc.com.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

1. Our services

FastCoc provides assistance in obtaining vehicle documents, including Certificates of Conformity, digital copies and original paper documents.

FastCoc is an independent service provider and is not a vehicle manufacturer, registration authority or government agency.

The availability, format, price and estimated delivery time of each service are shown on the relevant product page.

2. Customer information

Customers must provide accurate and complete information, including the correct VIN, vehicle details, contact information and any requested supporting documents.

FastCoc is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer. Additional charges may apply if a document must be reordered or corrected because incorrect details were provided.

FastCoc may refuse orders involving suspected fraud, falsified documents or unlawful activity.

3. Processing and delivery

Processing begins after payment and receipt of all required information and documents.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Delays caused by manufacturers, issuing authorities, couriers, public holidays or incomplete customer information are outside FastCoc’s direct control.

Digital documents are delivered by email, secure download or customer account. Original documents are shipped to the address provided during checkout.

4. Prices and payments

Prices and applicable delivery charges are displayed before payment.

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. Customers confirm that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.

FastCoc may suspend an order where payment fraud or unauthorised use is reasonably suspected.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

A full refund may be issued when processing has not yet started. Once work has begun, any refund may be reduced to cover work already completed or non-refundable manufacturer and supplier charges.

Documents produced for a specific VIN are personalised. Digital documents supplied immediately may also be exempt from the standard withdrawal right when the customer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of that right. Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases, subject to exceptions for personalised products, fully performed services and certain digital content.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

6. Document acceptance

Customers are responsible for checking which document format is required by the registration authority in their country.

FastCoc cannot guarantee vehicle registration or acceptance by every authority, as requirements may depend on the vehicle, destination country, modifications, inspections and local registration rules.

If a document contains an error attributable to FastCoc or the issuing source, FastCoc will attempt to correct or replace it. Evidence of the error may be requested.

7. Prohibited use

Documents supplied by FastCoc must not be altered or used for fraud, vehicle misrepresentation, registration of stolen vehicles or any other unlawful purpose.

Vehicle manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and do not imply an official partnership or endorsement.

8. Liability

FastCoc is responsible for providing the service described in the customer’s order.

To the extent permitted by law, FastCoc is not responsible for indirect losses, registration refusal caused by external requirements, customer-supplied errors or delays outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Privacy

Customer information is processed according to the FastCoc Privacy Policy and may be shared with manufacturers, issuing partners, payment providers and couriers where necessary to complete the order.
