About COC Market

COC Market is the commercial name used on coc-market.com, an online service for requesting Certificates of Conformity for individual vehicles.

Our service and official COC documents

COC Market provides an online service for requesting manufacturer-issued Certificates of Conformity (COCs) and any additional vehicle documents explicitly identified in the relevant product description. We are not a registration authority or a vehicle manufacturer.

COC availability depends on the manufacturer and the vehicle identification and type-approval records. Our certificate sources are the relevant vehicle manufacturers and their official issuing channels. The specific document format, price, issuing estimate and any physical-delivery option are displayed before payment. An official COC must be supplied by an appropriate manufacturer or authorised issuing channel.

Eligibility and vehicle information

Each document request concerns a specific vehicle. You must provide accurate identifying information, including the correct Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), and any registration document or supporting evidence requested on the product page.

For standard online requests, the product form requires a 17-character VIN, the front of the vehicle registration document and, optionally, its reverse side. If your vehicle has an older non-standard chassis identifier or missing registration papers, contact us before ordering rather than inventing characters or uploading unrelated documents.

You confirm that you are permitted to submit the vehicle documents and personal information you provide. Do not upload unrelated identity or financial information. We may request corrections or additional evidence needed to assess the order.

Placing and accepting an order

To submit a request, select a vehicle category and manufacturer, complete the required vehicle fields, review the relevant product information and add the request to the WooCommerce cart. Before paying, check the order details, any format or shipping options offered at checkout and the final total.

Submitting payment creates an order request. An automated payment or order acknowledgment is not, by itself, a guarantee that the manufacturer can issue the requested certificate. We will review information needed for fulfilment and notify you if the request cannot be processed as submitted.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, the available cancellation, refund or other legal remedies are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and in applicable consumer law.

Cancellation requests and the start of processing

You may request cancellation as soon as possible by emailing info@coc-market.com with the order number and VIN, identifying the request you want to cancel. Please contact us promptly if you have entered incorrect vehicle details or made an accidental duplicate purchase.

A full refund may be approved if processing has not started. Once work has begun, or a manufacturer or official issuing channel has charged for work already provided, a discretionary refund may be reduced to cover reasonable, evidenced and lawfully chargeable costs, in accordance with terms disclosed before purchase.

There is no fixed commercial cancellation window. The actual processing status, the transaction's legal classification and any statutory rights determine what can be cancelled or refunded. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Manufacturer orders and supplier costs

A vehicle-specific certificate request may be transmitted to an issuing organisation soon after payment and after we have received the required VIN and documents. An issuer may charge for checking records, processing the request or preparing a certificate. These amounts may not be recoverable by COC Market.

We consider such charges when evaluating a voluntary cancellation after processing has begun. We do not treat a manufacturer invoice alone as an automatic exception to a statutory withdrawal right: statutory reimbursements, permitted proportional charges and non-conformity remedies follow the applicable consumer law and any legally required consent and disclosures.

Prices, taxes and payments

Product pages may show the base price with a “+ VAT” label. The amount of tax, any delivery charges and the total payable must be shown clearly in checkout before the customer confirms payment. The legally applicable tax treatment depends on the transaction and customer details.

Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers, which are responsible for their payment interfaces and may apply their own authentication or fraud-prevention requirements. Do not send payment card details by email.

Any optional physical-document delivery charge or other paid add-on must be disclosed and expressly chosen before payment; it is not automatically included merely because a PDF product is listed.

Issuing estimates and delivery

Where a product displays “Issuing in 3 business days”, this is the stated issuing estimate for an eligible request once payment is confirmed and all required vehicle information and documents are correct and complete. Business days ordinarily exclude weekends and relevant public holidays.

Issuer review, unavailable records, incomplete documents, holidays and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect processing. We will communicate material issues and apply any contractual or statutory remedies available to the customer. An estimate does not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Where offered, digital documents are delivered using the means described with the order, such as the customer email address or a supported download area. A physical original is available only if explicitly offered and selected at checkout; its issuing and postal delivery times are separate.

Digital files and physical certificates

Different authorities may require different formats, originals, signatures or additional supporting materials. A digital PDF does not automatically substitute for a physical original in every jurisdiction.

Before ordering, check with the authority responsible for registration whether the document type and format offered will satisfy its requirements. COC Market cannot decide how a public authority will process an application, nor guarantee registration, tax outcomes, inspection results or acceptance of a particular document.

Withdrawal, personalised products and mandatory rights

For consumer distance purchases, the law generally allows withdrawal within 14 calendar days, but the start of the period and any exceptions depend on the transaction. The following situations require different assessments: the service of obtaining a certificate, non-tangible digital content such as a downloadable PDF, a physical certificate genuinely personalised for a VIN, or an order combining more than one of these.

For a service begun during the withdrawal period, a lawful proportional payment may be due if the consumer expressly requested early performance and the legal conditions are met. For a service fully performed, loss of withdrawal requires the specific prior consents and acknowledgements required by law. Digital content and clearly personalised goods have different statutory exceptions and requirements.

Providing a VIN or paying the manufacturer does not automatically cancel a consumer's right to withdraw. No provision in these Terms limits mandatory remedies for a missing, incorrect or non-conforming document. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Corrections and unavailable documents

If you notice an incorrect VIN, address or other detail, contact us promptly at info@coc-market.com with your order number. Whether a correction can be made depends on the stage of processing and issuer requirements.

Where the requested certificate proves unavailable or the vehicle is ineligible, we will explain the outcome and the applicable refund or remedy under the specific order conditions and mandatory law. We will not substitute a different document without making the change and any price difference clear.

Accuracy, external services and responsibilities

We aim to describe the service accurately and handle orders with reasonable care. The official issuer is responsible for the underlying vehicle approval or document it issues. Customers remain responsible for supplying truthful vehicle information and for confirming local registration requirements.

Links to third-party authorities and services are provided for convenience and do not imply control over their decisions. No term in these conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, nor reduces the consumer protections applicable to a purchase.

Intellectual property and permitted use

The website design, text and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. COC documents and manufacturer marks may belong to their respective owners or issuers. Purchasing a document does not transfer the intellectual-property rights in that document or any third-party brand.

Customers may use the supplied document for its legitimate intended purpose and must not alter it so as to misrepresent a vehicle, its technical approval, its origin or the issuer.

Applicable law and customer disputes

These terms are drafted for an online business established in Spain. Spanish law may govern the contract, but that choice does not deprive consumers habitually residing in another country of mandatory protections that apply under conflict-of-law rules.

If you experience a problem, contact info@coc-market.com first with the order reference and an explanation. You may also contact the consumer protection authority or an appropriate alternative dispute-resolution body available to you. Any legally mandatory jurisdiction rules continue to apply.

Changes and contact

We may update these website terms for future orders. The terms and product information disclosed and accepted at the time of an order remain relevant for that transaction, subject to mandatory law. Please keep the order confirmation and any service-specific conditions supplied at checkout.
