This policy applies to orders placed through FastCoc.com.

1. Order cancellations

You may request cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible.

A full refund may be issued if processing has not yet started. Once work has begun or costs have been incurred with a manufacturer or supplier, these amounts may be deducted from the refund.

2. Personalised documents

Certificates of Conformity and technical documents are prepared for a specific vehicle and VIN. Because they are personalised, orders normally cannot be cancelled or returned once the document has been issued, emailed, downloaded or dispatched.

EU rules generally provide a 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases, with exceptions that may apply to personalised products, fully performed services and digital content delivered with the customer’s prior consent.

3. Refund eligibility

A full or partial refund may be provided when:

• FastCoc confirms that the ordered document cannot be supplied;
• The same order was accidentally paid twice;

Refunds are not normally available when:

• The customer provided an incorrect VIN or vehicle information;
• The customer ordered the wrong document format;
• The document is refused because of vehicle modifications or local registration requirements;
• The customer changes their mind after processing or delivery has started;

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

4. Refund processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on the bank or payment provider, the refund may take 5–10 working days to appear.

Original shipping charges and express-processing fees are not refundable where those services have already been completed.

5. How to request a refund

Contact info@fastcoc.com and include:

• Your full name;
• Order number;
• Vehicle VIN;
• Reason for the request;
• Relevant photographs or documents.

We will review your request and reply as soon as reasonably possible.
